1. Cancellation Notice I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. 2. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. A 35% fee of the scheduled service will be charged before any future bookings can be made. 3. Repeat No-Shows After two (2) no-shows, the client will be permanently removed from the client list and will no longer be able to book future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy—it allows me to serve all clients better and more efficiently.
